Sport
Diving
--
Lake waters averages 10 to 15 feet visibility in the spring
and summer, but improves in the fall. The recent establishment
of Water Sports North has also given the region all the facilities
and products of a full-service dive shop.
Snowmobiling--Snowmobiling
is the rage in Ontario's Near North. Active snowmobile clubs
from Huntsville to Temagami, from Mattawa/Bonfield to West
Nipissing are expanding trails, purchasing new grooming equipment,
and linking up with other trails to provide a system which
spans the entire province from north to south and east to
west. Our facilities are a part of the Bonfield Snowmobile
Club trail system and are located right on BF201. The trails
are unsurpassed for beauty. There are numerous rest stops
along the way to provide everything you need. We are an outlet
for trail passes..
